We build software — usually for founders who want something real in front of users in weeks rather than quarters.

We’ve built with AI every day for three years, and it’s the most fun software has been in a decade. The ceiling moved: things we’d have quoted six months for are a fortnight now. Bring us something hard — we’ll tell you how far it can actually go, then build that version.

We started the lab to make our own products, and we still intend to. Client work is how we fund it — which means we’re picking projects we actually want to build, not filling a roster.
